A cold and spectacular day. I only skied on the parkways around the P5-Mica area. Things have firmed up considerably since yesterday and are also faster. Both the tracks and skate lanes varied from location to location and from once side to the other in terms of grooming and firmness, but it was all reasonably nice.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
