Amazing day to be out there, fast conditions. Started from P12: #40=>#24=>#1=>Fire Tower back #1=>#2=>#40. Coverage all over, grooming up to McKinstry, then no grooming to the Tower but still good conditions, except for the odd icy patch in the shade.

Lots of ski tracks on various ponds along the way, should be good another day or so for that until it starts to warm up this week. I can easily see another week without using Rock skis at all. Get out and enjoy while it last.

Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery. The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
