Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #6, #30, #22, #34, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

These are the days after monday's snowfall where the backcountry trails are a must as the end is near for these trails. Did a short loop around #6 , then on # 22, and back around #34, even better conditions as far as the snow then yesterday, as these trails are now more packed down, making it easier for the uphills and less bumpy on the downhills.

Nice and sunny, and in the bush not as windy which made it pleasant. I suspect those rocks on Highland trail which Ken mentioned in his report yesterday will not get covered this year as the strong sun's rays are beaming right on the top of that hill, I witnessed that yesterday when I came closer to the star of the hill, and they are nasty rocks right in the middle of the trail.

Tomorrow should be a great day for skiing sunny and no wind, lets hope the weekend forecast changes from rain to snow!!!
