Trails Skied: Camp Fortune Race Course, Glide Wax: Vauhti Green, Grip Wax: Vauhti Super Binder, Vauhti Teho ironed in, covered with some Vauhti Fluor Orange
Skied with the team this morning at the Fortune Race trails. For skating, things are in great shape. The complete 5.5k loop is firm, fast, and freshly groomed, as are the short loops around the biathlon range. There are no classic tracks right now, but as mentioned, the skating is very good.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
