Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #1 (green) (#2 - #24), #2 (from #40 to #1), #24, #40, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Skied from P12, started up #40 then up #2 which was quite a workout given the amount of snow and few skiers who had ventured up. Got to ridge then a right on ridge past the bench up to the intersection of trail # 24, then short distance on #24 to the intersection of # 40. The descent on #40 was quite nice, really soft snow so there was no need for snowplowing.
But like Ron's comments I wasnt impressed by the Demsis report . There is now plenty of snow so no excuses fro the lack or no grooming at all. I suspect all that will be done by tomorrow will be the parkways!!!
