Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Champlain Pkwy, North Loop, #1 Penguin Climb, #1, Glide Wax: vauhti blue, Grip Wax: vauhti super binder and teho covered with vauhti carrot

Fairly nice skiing today on a bit of blustery day. The parkways are still in reasonably good shape after grooming a couple of days ago. There is some windblown snow and twigs etc in the classic tracks in places, but nothing to cause alarm. The skate lanes are range between hard and VERY hard depending on where you are.

Ridge Road is slowly getting more and more rough with the last grooming being done on Dec. 15 and Dec. 20 in different sections. The classic tracks are starting to be washed out in places, and the skate lanes are a bit bumpy and a bit icy. That being said, it's still good skiing overall.
