Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #40, #1 (blue), Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Too late finishing n posting for today—but if the weather gods delay tomorrow’s rain and u hope for another ski, today was just fine for those types that enjoy the late conditions, don’t mind skiing on leaves and enjoy the variety of ever changing conditions. Still lots of snow on 40, n that always means a decent ski along the 1. Once past the top of Wolf trail ( must walk) it’s pretty flat n good base most the way to McKinstry. Yes, this will change by morning and afraid the forecasted rain may drastically wash snow away — but hey, weather guys have been wrong a few times this year. Still, 95% of ski today on skis. Skis off maybe 8-10xs total.
Probably my last ski of year n stopped for poutine on way home. Poutine is my new summer sport. I’m very good at it.
