Gatineau Park
Trails Skied: #5 (green), #26, #29 (shared), Glide Wax: Swix CH8, Grip Wax: Swix VR45 (Violet)
Skied the Gloppet 5 km Classic course again tonight. The parkway was groomed sometime today. Trail 5 appears to have been groomed. 26 & 29 had not been groomed. Can't quite figure out the start for the loppet either. Guess we'll see on Saturday.
The tracks were good, but starting to glaze over a bit in places. There was also some blowing, dry snow in the tracks.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
