Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #32, Champlain Pkwy, Glide Wax: Vauhti glide -2 to -20, Grip Wax: blue extra
Good classic tracking on the FLP and the CP towards Black Lake. Good depth with the exception being thin sections on the FLP during my descent back towards #32. No classic tracking on 32 and the surface is hard with thin gravelly sections on the way up from Dunlop Rd. Walked that section. Blue extra grip and Vauhti LF -2 to -20 glide have been the mainstay for me all this week.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
