Gatineau Park
Trails Skied: Gatineau Pkwy , #1 Penguin Climb, #1, Glide Wax: Vauhti Blue, Grip Wax: Vauhti Tar 0- covered with Carrot.
There had been grooming this morning, but a few quick blizzards dumped 5cm on top of that. The wind was howling so there was some drifting as well. Tracks were nicely skied in on Ridge and the cover was uniform and good everywhere I saw. Doesn't look like we lost too much in the melt down. No ice or rocks showing which is great for grooming prospects on the trails. Should be great this weekend!
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
