I skied only to Fortune Lake and decided to bail out until there is more snow. As it was well below zero, the snow was powdery and loose, and there was no more snow at P10 than in the rest of Chelsea. It was possible to glide in the fresh snow and grass, but there was too little snow to glide on previously made tracks. A few centimeters more will make a huge difference! It IS snowing lightly (at noon hour) so perhaps this afternoon will be a bit better. And of course there is some photo evidence on my site!
