Stay Home... Demsis has run out of miracles. Tried Skiing from P5 and then P10, only to find rutted sheet ice. Both lots had attendants, who just advised that the conditions were awful. The NCC website was down.
The only good thing about this wasted trip was getting a bit of Fresh air in the 987 meters I skied from P5, and seeing a 3/4 full parking lot of like minded fanatics at P 10.
As for what happens from now on,it will be iffy. Will be looking for any report over the next few days.
It was a great season anyway.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
