Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, #52, #36 (black), #36 (blue), Glide Wax: Swix Blue LF6, Grip Wax: 2x Swix VG45 covered with a thin layer of Swix VG40

A marvelous day to ski in Gatineau Park. The snow was firm and fine and stayed relatively cold. The non-abrasive snow allowed the grip wax to remain on the ski well and lasted the whole 5 hours. Snow coverage is excellent with only a couple of very short thin spots along trail 36. No icy patches were encountered on any of the trails and even in full sunlight the track remained unglazed.
