Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, #51, #53, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: -7 to -15

ROUTE: From P17 out 53 to 51 and on to P19. Out a bit on 50 to the Taylor Lake turnoff. Back to P19 and all the way back by 53.

CLASSIC: Absolutely perfect conditions. None of the hills were too long or too steep for the available snow. The tracks were well-defined and quite quick.

SKATE: The track looked and felt perfect. Skaters seemed to be making easy and quick progress.

TRAFFIC: Took maybe 45 minutes from Bank and Albion. Lots of people out at both parking lots but no congestion on the trails at all.

WEATHER: Cold, but no problem.

We are so lucky to have the terrain to do this and the high quality grooming to keep it all in amazing shape.
