Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Gatineau Pkwy, #7, #15 (blue), #15 (black), #35, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Started out from P6 today, my route was: P6=>#15 green=>#15 black=>#15 blue=>#35=>GP=>#7=>P6. Trails were hard packed, no Grooming since sunday, many leaves in the trails in the woods, the hills were fast but controllable. Unlike Jo-Ann I no longer depend on the NCC website for conditions, rather I check out the good reports you people submit here.

I ventured out to check trail #15 green today which I never knew about until I checked it out on the map, it is not very long and runs from the Makenzie King Estate Rd to Barnes road, it was not groomed at all only a few skier tracks.

Tomorrow will be a real day of spring like conditions, I doubt Demsis will groom anything tomorrow morning and thursday looks like a day off skiing so maybe friday morning when it cools off a bit.

Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery. The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
