Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, #51, #54 (green), #55 (green - shared), #55 (green - alternative), #55 (blue - alternative), Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Another beautiful ski out today, Started from Lac Philipe P19=>#50=>#55=>#54 green=>Lusk cabin=>#54 green=>left on #55 around Taylor lake=>#55 blue=>left on #51=>P19.

The website reported fresh grooming but I found like it had not been groomed for a few days, the classic tracks on #50 and #55 were shallow, but still pleasant. Trail #54 to Lusk cabin according to the website said grooming 10 days ago and yet it looked no more then a day or two old it was in good shape. The best track setting was found on #51.

The conditions were much better then I had thought they would be, fairly fast , easy to control on the downhills and not icy.Should be another great day tomorrow.
