Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #51, #53, Glide Wax: F4 Universal, Grip Wax: Violet

Spring like conditions were prevalent this morning from P17 to Lac Phillipe and back. Tracks continue to be on the icey side aggravated by chunks of ice falling off trees and pine needles and oak leaves gumming up portions of the track in spots. Violet wax worked well on the way up but not on the way back. Skied a section of 50 between 55. The track on one side was almost completely covered over by the groomer. Lots of people out on a Monday as both parking lots (P19 and P17) were almost full.
