Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Champlain Pkwy, #1, #24, #4, #14, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Beautiful ski day. Started at Camp Fortune as P10 was full when I drove by. Good snow up Chicken run and along Ridge road. Pretty dirty but still very skiable. Skied out along Ridge to 24 and did the loop before coming back to Fortune lane. And down. Only faced 3 portages that were snow free and only felt obliged to take off my skis once. The section of Ridge between Huron and the Champlain lookout is getting spotty but you can still weave your way through the rockys and stay on the snow. Should be one more good day of skiing tomorrow before the warm rain opens up the trails in a number of spots.
