Looks like a soggy weekend for skiing. The NCC says "Because of the heavy rain precipitations, the surface of the trails is icy and skiing is not recommended". Don't expect grooming until the rain stops and it starts to freeze again - probably Sunday night. If you happen to ski and want to pass on a report, email info@xcottawa.ca. It could be good next week, there's still lots of snow!
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
