Gatineau Park

Quick skate up to Pinks Lake. Surface was hard and fast and would have been excellent except for two factors. The last grooming had been followed by a skate skier or two too soon and had some deep grooves which had set into hardened ruts. Less damaging (because the track was not deep) but more frustrating, someone had driven a motorcycle up the skate lane to about half way up Pink Lake hill.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
