Trails Skied: Gatineau Pkwy , Champlain Pkwy, Glide Wax: Vauhti Blue, Grip Wax: Vauhti Tar -1 to -3, covered by Vauhti Fluor Orange
Just had time to squeeze in short ski this morning before heading to Mt. Orford for races this weekend. Gatineau and Champlain parkways are in very good condition. Classic and skate lanes are firm and smooth. There is a little bit of fluffy snow on top. Nice and mild.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
