Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #1, #1B, #1 (green) (#2 - #24), Glide Wax: CH8, Grip Wax:

Skated from P10, FP to Ridge, Ridge west to Wolf Trail above Blanchet, and back. FP badly churned by snowmobiles. Ridge in remarkably good shape despite Gatineau Loppet traffic from this morning. 1B very good apart from ruts left by heavy traffic on the hill just east of intersection with 9. Classic track obliterated in some places. Roughly 5cm of fresh snow has made a huge improvement. Even if there is no grooming, skiing should be quite good tomorrow.
