Trails Skied: #30, #8, #17, Glide Wax: Vauhti Cold, Grip Wax: Vauhti Orange, covered with a thin layer of Vauhti Green
Very glad to have squeezed in a short trip around the Frank's/Highland (17/8) loop this morning. It's all been skied in just the right amount and the snow is slow enough and soft enough to take the intimidating edge off the big downhills. Parkways and Ridge looked pristine but skating is going to be hard work today and the ungroomed trails are perfect.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
