Green Belt

Trails Skied: SHE FULL, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: blue extra v40

Left P27 around 09:40 to get a ski in before things warmed up. Air temp -5C when we started and -1C when we got back to P27. Headed east towards Green's Creek, taking the left fork to get down to the Ottawa River. Then west to Blair and then retraced the route back to P27. Track had been heavily used, with intermittent debris on the classic tracks for the first few hundred metres. Grip was good, weather was perfect and the views were wonderful. Good mix of skiers, walkers, and one fat-bike operator. The numbers of users increased massively after 10:30. Parking lot was overflowing on our return around 11:20.
