Starting January 4th, 2021 grooming of our ski trial at Mooney\'s Bay will be ongoing for free public use.

During Provincial wide lock down Dec.26-Jan.23 the Terry Fox Athletic Facility/Mooney\'s Bay Ski Centre is closed with NO access to washrooms.

Monday Jan.4th - compaction and trial groomed for skate skiing
Tuesday Jan.5th - work in progress to set up Classic ski trial

Mooney's Bay offers skiing inside the Ottawa city limits!

There are 5.5 km of groomed trails for classic and skate with some portions lit at night. Perfect for after work. Perfect for the entire family. To view course offerings: Ottawa 2019 Recreation Registration Page.

The indoor facility will be open from mid December through early March (weather permitting), at the following times: 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.
