Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Gatineau Pkwy, #5 (green), #27, #26, #29 (alternative), #29 (shared), Glide Wax: Blue, Grip Wax: Blue

Parkways were groomed at some point yesterday down to Gamelin and are in good condition, for both skate and classic. Trail 5, 26 and 29 have not been groomed, but overall are in great shape given the meltdown and light snow on top. There are a few footprints on 29 that are deep enough that you could break a pole but other than that, the lower part of the Gatineau Park all the way to the top of Pinks Lake are in good shape. One more pass of grooming and expect excellent conditions over the weekend.
