Trails Skied: 10, Glide Wax: universal, Grip Wax: Terva Tar kick wax

This report covers the Larose Forest ski trails from P1 on Indian Creek road. Finally enough snow to kick start the ski season here at the Larose. Classic grooming from last Friday with a cm or 2 of fresh snow skied in to the base. Clean and mid depth tracking mainly in the open and deciduous tree areas with some dirt and stubble showing through in the pine stand areas. The other loop on the far side of the forest (P2) near Bourget is closed due to logging operations. The connecting run between the 2 areas is open with a single classic lane. Best to get out before tomorrow afternoon's rain and freezing precip through to Sunday..
