Trails Skied: 101 North, 103, 104, 106, TCT, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

There were more bare spots than yesterday, and some places where moisture from the ground was seeping into the trail, compared to yesterday. The Trans Canada Trail was still the best skiing, but it's not bad on the 401 trails, it's good in many places and fair in others. I think we are one snowfall away from really good skiing, which we may not get before it warms up on Friday and Saturday.

Kanata Nordic

Kanata Nordic ski club is a volunteer-run club dedicated to promoting lifelong activity, fitness and enjoyment of the outdoors through a variety of cross-country ski programs and activities offered in a friendly club setting. Established in 1979, Kanata Nordic now calls Wesley Clover Parks home with a growing trail-network for all skiers to enjoy. The club is a member of Cross Country Ontario (CCO) and Cross Country Canada (CCC).

The club grooms and maintains approx. 18km of trails at 401 Corkstown Road.

Trails are groomed 5 times per week by volunteer groomers. Tracksetting occurs after each significant snowfall and just prior to Saturday lessons (usually January through March). Trail conditions will vary depending on snowfall and snow conditions. Access to the club trails requires a membership or day-pass.
