Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: , Glide Wax: Vauhti Speed Violet, Grip Wax: Vauhti Universal Klister

It is a really nice day to be out skiing and enjoying the mild temperatures and fast conditions.

No grooming was done on the trails we skied today. It is warm enough, however, that skiing remains reasonable in most places. I would recommend skating over classic given that a mixture of about 3cms of snow and ice pellets has filled the old tracks and new ones have not been set. Skiing in Ridge Road and Burma is fair as well, but watch out for many fallen trees and branches.

The NCC grooming report states that they will not be grooming until we receive more snow.

Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery. The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
