Skated this evening from P5 to the bottom of Black Lake hill (after all, nobody wants to climb Black Lake hill when you can turn around). Conditions were still worth the trip but who knows what will happen overnight and on Friday. When I was out there some kind rain/snow sleet hybrid was visible through the light from my headlamp, and when I was finished skiing I my clothes felt wet. If we are lucky, maybe at higher elevations we will get some snow out of this. If we don't, we're still lucky because we can head to the Nakkertrack!
