Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: , Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

I headed out real early this morning from P10. Luckily I was skating because by then there was only one groomer pass in the middle of the Parkway, it was fairly good skiing, a little soft but as expected with the new snow. The tracks were completely covered with fresh snow early on but I met the groomer multiple times between 8:30 and 9:30am setting tracks on the Fortune Parkway. I also tried Ridge road but that need a lot of grooming work so I turned back. It's going to be a soft day skiing everywhere but with the cold weather predicted in the forecast things should harden up quite nicely.
