Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Champlain Pkwy, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: waxless skis

Fair to good classic skiing on the FLP and CP to the lookout. 2 machine groomed tracks going up the FLP and 1 for the decent. Only one track on either side along the CP. Started with waxed skis with blue extra and zero grip. Got my waxless hairies out and was good to go. A few bare spots showing pavement through slushy ice and sections with oak leaves sprayed all over only on the CP, but other than that it was a good ski. You'll be poling down to the pavement for the most part but not as much as my ski on Tuesday.
