Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #2 (blue), #3, Glide Wax: no wax on deep rilled skis, Grip Wax:

Much better than most expect. Light corn snow, not deep. The freeze/thaw/freeze cycles of this and past couple winters gives a nice balance of corn snow that is equally as fast as an average winter day without accumulating on top of skis. Skis on until Etienne B lookout.
Burma has plenty snow but a bit uneven and messy because snow mobile last equipment on it and compressed center. However, experience says it will flatten over next few days and fir needles will fall into corn snow.
Etienne's report is the one to follow if you want a longer ski. That is definitely the best late season route. The higher you go the better. I was curious to try mine and pleasantly surprised.
