Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Champlain Pkwy, #1, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Lots of snow... only it’s poor skiing: most of it is blueish icy stuff, with a more or less narrow band of decent transformed snow on the side, at least on the parkways. Bare at Etienne Brulé and almost bare at Champlain (no surprise there). Things get better past Western where there starts being stretches of quite decent transformed and clean snow. Lots of skiing to be had still, but not the most enjoyable kind in these conditions. With dry and warmer weather to soften the icy surface that might still change though. Good news: no fighting for parking at P10! :-)
