Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, #54 (green), #55 (green - shared), Glide Wax: LF Yellow, Grip Wax: Rode Multigrade Universal klister mixed 50/50 with Rode Rossa klister

This is the first day I've been out that's been legitimate skiing in shorts weather. I agree - it's a nice feeling. The Lac Philippe sector is my personal favourite place to go for skiing in shorts and did not disappoint today. The 50 and 54 were groomed overnight and were in great shape. The 55 hasn't been groomed in awhile but was still nice to ski if you don't mind pine needles in your klister. Apparently tomorrow is going to be the last day of groomed skiing in the park. I would recommend taking advantage.

Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery. The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
