A little bit of fresh, humid snow on top of a frozen base. If you are going skiing today, don't go anywhere that wasn't groomed overnight. I tried that from P7 and it was basically unskiable. I turned around and went to P5 and skied a bit on the parkway there and some limited grooming was taking place, making for good skate and classic skiing. Waxing will be tricky enough that I woulnd't bother unless you just want to challenge your skills.
