Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, #54 (green), Glide Wax: Waxless, Grip Wax:

Left P19 at 10am with temps around +4, and skied out to the Lusk Cabin and back. Snow was little soft but tracks were well-formed and the glide was still decent on the way out. No bare spots anywhere and very little debris on the trails. Climbs on 54 were not difficult and there was a nice fire going at Lusk Cabin when I got there. On the way back the tracks were quite a bit softer to the point where the descents were a little too easy. By the time I got back to the 50 conditions were quite slow and the tracks were downright slushy in spots. Temps were at +7 when I left for home. Still a great day for a ski, but I think I'll try to get out a little earlier tomorrow.
