Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #1, #1B, #2 (blue), #3, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: silver extra klister

P10 not quite full at 09:00. Air temp -3C on departure and +3c on return at 12:30. Classic track not perfect but generally good although a bit shallow in areas. Snow was surprisingly consistent for spring conditions; firm and fast in most areas. There was some, but not too much leaf debris on the classic tracks. Hordes of skate skiers were out, including one intrepid woman wearing shorts. It looked like perfect conditions for skating.
There was loads of snow on the 5 trails I travelled, with no bare parts anywhere. It looks like the next few days will be very warm, especially later in the day, so maybe get out early.
