Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Champlain Pkwy, #1 Penguin Climb, #1, #1B, #24, #1 (blue), Glide Wax: Rode GLF Violet, Grip Wax: Vauhti K Base klister, Vauhti K Violet Klister, Vauhti K18 hardwax

As you might guess, it was a perfect day for skiing with mild temperatures and bit of sun. We visited our old friend Mr. Firetower today and everyone enjoyed the trip. For the most part we've got fairly firm granular, making high speeds pretty easy! While nobody would complain about the day overall, it was certainly a bit odd that the grooming of Ridge stopped at the 24. Given the bit of snow overnight it would have made for faster skiing and easier waxing if it had continued.
