Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Champlain Pkwy, #3, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: Vauhti green
Classic from P9, up FP, CP, #1 to top end of 1B. Return on 1 to Burma, Burma to FP. -18c at start and -15c at finish. Four layers were perfect and wind was not a significant factor. Tracks were excellent. Can’t go wrong with grip at these temps. Great to be back on Burma which is in good shape.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
