A late report on an excellent morning of skiing. Most of our group skated, but a couple went classic. All found the conditions lovely. The snow had ended a bit earlier than forecast, and temperatures stayed cool, so we were thrilled to have fresh grooming of the skate lane and one side of classic tracks. The NCC's interactive map was updated by 8:00, too, so it was easy to plan our ski. The thinnest layer of ice from a brief period of freezing rain added a bit of speed to the softish snow. A fun time!
