Trails Skied: Champlain Pkwy, #1 Penguin Climb, #1, #14, Glide Wax: Rode R20, Grip Wax: Vauhti Super Base binder plus Rode Super Blue and a bit of Rode Green hardwax
As expected, conditions got much harder overnight. Nice new grooming on Ridge and the parkways makes for fast skiing and easy waxing despite the cold temperatures. Burma has tracks on it for the first time (I think) this year. I am patiently waiting for the Fortune racing trails to get groomed...hint, hint NCC.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
