Gatineau Park
Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #1, Glide Wax: Rode GLF Red, Grip Wax: N.A. could be tricky!
The higher portions of the park received a lot more snow than lower down. I am just guessing but I would say the P10/Fortune area got more than 10 cm of snowball snow. Nothing had been groomed as of 10 AM which made for slow going for either classic or skate. The snow on the trees is certainly pretty.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
