Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Good news - Gatineau Park is partially re-opened for the weekend following all that ice. You can read about the details here: http://ncc-ccn.gc.ca/posts/gatineau-park-partially-reopens

While we haven\'t gone skiing since the closure and grooming is finished, local observations make it clear that there will be no real shortage of snow for skiing this weekend in the upper parts of the park. We think that most of the main trails at higher elevations and generally north-facing locations should have reasonable coverage - with occasional thin/bare spots. The weather looks like it will be great.

Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery. The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
