Arguably the best skiing day this year? As Karl said A+. Great grooming, perfect temperatures and nice fresh snow.

I ventured off groomed trail today and did a big loop (#30-1-6-22-4-race course-9-3-9-2-1-17-11-31-30). You'll probably need to look at a map for that one! Lots of fun was had, and I need to thank those that broke trail before me, Karl among them, as the tracks were perfect. Not many March days where the snow is this good.

On the return the skate lane and tracks that faced south were getting glazed and sucky. But with cold night and another grooming it will be perfect mid-winter skiing this weekend. Did ski your favourite part of the park before the February thaw? Day dream about another trip to the Fire Tower? This weekend will be perfect, so enjoy!
