Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #2 (from #40 to #1), #33, #40, #21, #38, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Ian was blazing the trails I took.

I was ascending 40 and there was a veritable stream of skiers descending, from Western and McKinstry. Apparently a big group went up from P12. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived at 1:00. I took the less travelled trails - 40-38-snowshoe trail 15-swamp crossing-40-33-21-2. It was all great. On the final descent of 38 to the snow shoe trail, the powder was boiling up to my knees. Very sweet. Nice temperature too.
