Trails Skied: #17, #11, #34, Glide Wax: Rode Blue, Grip Wax: Rode Super Blue
Predictably, Long Merry Go-Round (11), Frank's (17) and Pleasant Valley 34) were perfect today. There's solid material underneath and plenty of soft stuff to cushion the inevitable blows on top. Ridge Road and the parkways looked good too - but they aren't quite the opportunity that the ungroomed trails right now.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
The NCC offers season or daily pay rates.
