Conditions are excellent. The only minor downside is that there has been some heavy deer traffic in isolated areas, the worst being on half of trail 8, where there seems to have been a rush hour's worth of deer that travelled down it this morning. However, that's to be expected when sharing the forest, and I saw 5 deer while out (and they politely avoiding the trail where I observed them). A herd of small children had also passed a short section of trail 1, probably to examine (or be repelled by) some deer poop as they had turned around there.

All the trails I skied were groomed yesterday, classic and skate, with a 1-2 cm dusting of powder on top of the grooming to freshen it up. Control on the downhills was perfect, and there were no icy patches anywhere.

The club is a member of Cross Country Ontario (CCO) and Cross Country Canada (CCC).

The club grooms and maintains approx. 18km of trails at 401 Corkstown Road.

Trails are groomed 5 times per week by volunteer groomers. Tracksetting occurs after each significant snowfall and just prior to Saturday lessons (usually January through March). Trail conditions will vary depending on snowfall and snow conditions. Access to the club trails requires a membership or day-pass.
