Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #51, #53, Glide Wax: universal, Grip Wax: polar as binder and green on top

Classic skied the stretch on 53 to 51 and up to P19 and back. A cold biting wind across the open area from the P17 parking lot wasn't very inviting but once in the bush things were nice and calm. Tracks were fresh and with a fair bit of crunchy icey stretches but mostly dry powder on a hard base. The cold snow tended to slow things down slightly but the ice content added extra speed. Beautiful blue skies and full on sun!
