Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #1, #1B, #24, Glide Wax: green, Grip Wax:

Skate skied from P7 to the Green Tank at 24.

No new grooming, and the skate track could really use a scratch up: it is hard packed, smooth (hard to get an edge) but bumpy (hard to hold balance) with a snowmobile ski track down the middle (hard to get a long glide).

All in all, though, it was a nice day for a ski, but it would have been nicer with some new grooming. Not the end of the world, but still.

On another note, I felt like I had the Park to myself--I only saw 1 skier on my way out, and 6 on the way back. All were in a good mood, and noses and cheeks still attached and intact.
